Ballymena Runners have been in action at the Malcolm Cup cross country event in Ormeau Park and there were some outstanding performances at the Raheny 5 mile road race.
Its been a busy few weeks with the Christmas Cracker and the Turkey Trot and the Greencastle 5 mile road race. And the Cross Country season is in full swing with races at Mallusk, Owenbeg and Lurgan Park.
Unfortunately the snowy and icy weather means that we have to postpone the start of the Cosy Sofa for 1 week.
The programme will now start on Tuesday 13th January 2026 at 7:00pm in the Sports Zone Hall in the new Northern Regional College (NRC) in Ballymena.
21 December update… Race Over The Glens entries are now closed. Remember there are no entries on the day. We will be posting race instructions on the Race Over the Glens page in the coming days.
Ballymena Runners is organising a Treadmill Challenge in aid of the Children’s Hospice.
The challenge will run over 2 days - Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th November at Lifestyle Fitness. Contact us to book your slot……..
