Cosy Sofa Postponed until 13 January
Unfortunately the snowy and icy weather means that we have to postpone the start of the Cosy Sofa for 1 week.
The programme will start on Tuesday 13th January 2026 at 7:00pm. It will be in The Sports Zone Hall in the new Northern Regional College (NRC) in Ballymena. Parking is available at Ballymena Showgrounds via St. Patrick’s Link (just a short stroll to NRC)
Whether you’re completely new to running or just looking for a fun, friendly group to get moving again — this 8-week programme is for everyone! By the end, you’ll be confidently running for 30 minutes (or maybe even tackling a 5k parkrun!)
It costs £25 for the full 8 weeks — and here’s what you get:
