Meet 18:15 at the Showgrounds Car Park for Foundation/Development

Warm up on link road

Meet 18:45 at the Leisure Centre Car Park Bottom for Performance/Development

Run to showgrounds for Warm Up

  • Note if a session is cancelled due to weather we do that session the following week.

  • All runners must wear hi-viz and give way to pedestrians.

  • For Pennybridge head torches are recommended and beware of occasional cars on route.

Session Details

Please check on the night which group suits you best but as a broad rule of thumb the groups are:

  • Performance (suitable for sub 22 min 5k runners)

  • Development (suitable for sub 22 - 26 min 5k runners)

  • Foundation (suitable for 26+ min 5k runners)

Midweek Miles at Leisure Centre

Meeting Point: Behind the Leisure Centre

Time: Meet and ready to run at 18:30

We have groups meeting for steady runs for 5k and 5 miles each Wednesday evening. All runs start at 6.30pm

Both groups are open to all abilities, are run at your own pace and are suitable for everyone.

These runs are peer-led with arranged routes which will be briefed at the start.
