Sunday Runs

Sunday runs are at your own pace and tend to be longer distances. All runs start at 9am.

These runs are peer-led with arranged routes which will be briefed at the start. There is no set pace, however if you’re joining the 10-mile run for the first time, you should feel comfortable running 10 miles which will run at your own pace.

Everyone is welcome. People are free to do some extra miles afterwards as well.

Over the summer we may run a number of Sunday morning runs a wee bit further away from home.

The runs are open to all abilities and are inclusive in that we ensure:

  • we start together and finish together

  • we loop back regularly to help keep the group together

  • we do our cool down stretches together
