Sunday Runs
Sunday runs are at your own pace and tend to be longer distances. There are options for 10 and 6 miles. All runs start at 9am.
These runs are peer-led with arranged routes which will be briefed at the start. There is no set pace, however if you’re joining the 6-mile run for the first time, you should feel comfortable running 6 miles which will run at your own pace.
Everyone is welcome. People are free to do some extra miles afterwards as well.
Over the summer we may run a number of Sunday morning runs a wee bit further away from home.
The runs are open to all abilities and are inclusive in that we ensure:
we start together and finish together
we loop back regularly to help keep the group together
we do our cool down stretches together
