Ballymena Runners is delighted to announce the return of the Ballymena Belles. This Ladies Only 5 mile road race will be on Tuesday 9 April at 7pm.

The Cosy Sofa was due to start on Tuesday 16 January. Unfortunately with unsafe icy conditions forecast we have decided to put back the start of the Cosy Sofa by 1 week. The Cosy Sofa will now start on Tuesday 23 January.

The 9 week programme a suitable for everyone and will start on Tuesday 9th January. Registration is now open so register now as numbers are capped at 100.
