Cosy Sofa Postponement
The Cosy Sofa was due to start on Tuesday 16 th January. Unfortunately the forecast for Tuesday evening is for possibly snowy conditions meaning footpaths will be icy and unsafe to run on and travel may be difficult .
We have decided to put back the start of the Cosy Sofa by another week. The Cosy Sofa will now start on Tuesday 23 January. All other arrangements are as before and are on our Cosy Sofa 2024 page. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
There are a small number of places still available so it’s not too late to join. Registration is still open - REGISTER HERE.
Clubforce
The club uses Clubforce for many of its communications and you will have used clubforce to register for the Cosy Sofa. Many of you have already downloaded the Clubforce app. If you haven’t already done so it will be helpful for you to download the Clubforce app.

Parkrun and Parkwalk
If you’d like to get out and about before the Cosy Sofa starts you can join the Parkrun at ecos on Saturday morning. Everyone is welcome to take part whether running, walking or a mixture of both. Lots of people walk so don’t be put off. Details of ecos parkrun are here.
If you want your parkrun to be recorded you need to register and bring your barcode. You can register here. Parkrun starts at 9.30 sharp so arrive early. Lots of people go for a cuppa in the café afterwards.
