A superb performance sees Jamie Scott win the RAF Benevolent Fund Ulster 5k race in Coleraine. William Fleck and Mark Alexander took part in the Carnaween IMRA/NIMRA Ulster Championship Mountain Race in Donegall.

Ballymena Runners organised a colour run at Eaton Park and helped raise £500 for Ballymena Rugby Football Club's Mini Rugby Squad. Around 100 local children had a great afternoon as they took part in the colour run followed by a BBQ.

Congratulations to Stephen Gage who won the Carnlough Quarry 5k race. There were also strong performances from Nigel McClintock and Robert Clyde in this out and back course. Meanwhile, up in Portrush, Cherith Wright had a brilliant 3rd place in the Bob and Berts 10k. And there was a bit of a birthday party…….

A sunny afternoon at Slemish College saw over 100 pupils and staff take part in one of our community Colour Runs. The fun filled event helped raise awareness and £1,245 for the Alzheimer’s Society.

It was medals and PB’s galore for the club at the Mary Peters Track in the Masters Track and Field Championships. With 6wins from 6b races William Fleck wins his age category in the Hill and Dale series. Meanwhile in Belfast our ladies put in strong performances at the Moy Park Belfast City Women's 10k.

Its been a busy couple of weeks especially for our hill runners at Cairncastle Fell race, The Hill and Dale series and even on the Isle of Arran. Meanwhile our ladies took part in the Stunnerz and Runnerz at Loughry.

This week it was off to Donard for Duncan in the Slieve Donard Classic while Jamie Scott got himself a 10k PB at the Almac races in Carigavon.

There’s been a fabulous weekend of racing and prize winners galore in races, in Ballycastle, the Mournes, Ballyclare and Newry. Congratulations to Judith and Daniel Hanna for 3rd place finishes at the May Fair races and to Tony on his 3rd place at the Marconi 5k. Well done to those who got age category wins. We’re all set for a summer!
