Every week we hear some really inspirational stories from people doing the Cosy Sofa. This week Chris tells us why he joined the Cosy Sofa and why he is enjoying it.

Last week say some superb performances at Armagh International meeting with a number of club members setting PBs. Also the final round of the Cross Country saw our runners in action in Cookstown.

Some great performances from Ray Curran, Brendan Kerr and James McLornan at the Stormont XC and a brilliant performance from James Hamilton saw him secure 10th place. Well done all.

Strong performances in all distances in the Rabbit Run in Ballycastle with Dale Kirkwood wining the 10k. The Cross Country also saw strong performances including Kieran Scullion winning the Mens Veteran category.
