The full race report for Race over the Glens is now available.

The Cosy Sofa was due to start on Tuesday 9th January. Unfortunately with unsafe icy conditions forecast we have decided to put back the start of the Cosy Sofa by 1 week. The Cosy Sofa will now start on Tuesday 16 January.

Registrations are now open for our new Cosy Sofa.

The 9 week programme a suitable for everyone and will start on Tuesday 9th January. Registration is now open so register now as numbers are capped at 100.

Niamh Marrs from Glens Runners and Philip Goss from North Belfast Harriers have been ‘crowned’ Queen and King of the Glens. Full list of prize winners and results are now available on our Race over the Glens 2024 page.

Ballymena Runners has raised £866 for the NI Children’s Hospice through a treadmill challenge. Runners and walkers kept two treadmills busy for twelve hours each day raising a great total.

Ballymena Runners is organising a Treadmill Challenge in aid of the Children’s Hospice.

The challenge will run over 2 days - Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th November at Lifestyle Fitness. Contact us to book your slot……..
