Ballymena Runners is delighted to announce two new running programmes - the Return to Running Programme and the Larne 10 Mile Training Programme. Like all our activities we need people to step up and help us run these new groups over a 6 week period. If you are a leader or member and can lend a hand please get in touch .

Ballymena Runners ladies and mens teams did brilliantly at the Mathieson Shield and Cup hosted by Mallusk Harriers. Sadly BRAC joined Ecos Parkrun on Saturday morning in a minute’s silence at the start of the parkrun as a mark of respect for Aishling Murphy and in support for her family, friends, and pupils.

BRAC and Ecos Parkrun are supporting the the Ballymena Hygiene Bank
In January BRAC is working with Ecos Parkrun to support the the Ballymena Hygiene Bank to collect personal care and household cleaning essentials. These are distributed locally to a network of community partners. If you have any items you can donate you can bring them to Ecos Parkrun every Saturday in January.

BRAC runners in action at Cookstown XC, the Lough Fea 5k and Glens training continues
his week send say club runners in Cross Country action at the ‘Irwin Speirs Memorial XC’ was held at the Mid Ulster Sports Arena, in Cookstown. Just up the road at Lough Fea club runners too part in the first race in the Sperrin Harriers Winter Train Series. Meanwhile Race over the Glens training continues with friends from Springwell joining the training this week.
