What a busy, busy week! Not only was the Ballymena Belles another huge success but the club performed well at Glenarm and Shane's Castle, a couple of mountains were conquered and there was action in places as far apart as Garvagh and Dublin!

Marathon season is well and truly upon us with the club producing some strong performances in Manchester and Omagh, while there was plenty of representation over shorter distances in Belfast and Whitehead.

A quieter week but the club still saw action in Antrim and helped Ecos parkrun celebrate it's sixth birthday.

The club takes over Larne, the Ladies win bronze at the Northern Ireland & Ulster Championships, Gillian claims an age category in Rostrevor and a hardy bunch tackle the Rabbit Run.

56 hardy souls brave the weather for the Ballymena Academy Charity 5k, Robert Meban meets a running legend, the latest intake graduate from the Cosy Sofa and the club is well represented on St. Patrick's Day.
