"We run the town" no longer applies. We run the country too, over hills, along the trails and even hit the track. This summer's training programme provides a rich variety of running terrains. On Wednesdays we're really mixing it up with training in Portglenone Forest, Lurig, Antrim track, Ballymena Academy and Ecos. Wednesdays are about building strength, speed and balance.
