The next club event is the Inter-Club race hosted by Larne AC on the 29th August.

We will as usual want to compete strongly in both the Ladies and Men's events and get as many Ballymena vests on show as we can.

We always get a good turnout for the inter-club, hopefully this year will be no different.

The bus to Larne will be free, the first 50 names will be guaranteed a seat after that we may well put on another bus if it makes sense to do so. It would be great to fill two buses again.

Registration on the night is not easy given the numbers involved, Larne have therefore asked can we pre enter our own members.

Alternatively if it would be easier for you to give your entry to one of the Captains or Vice Captains they will forward your name.

We will collect the £5 entry fee on the night.
