Hosted by Larne AC this takes place on Tuesday 23 August at 7pm. This is a fabulous club competition and Ballymena Runners has a history of being extremely successful. It is an out and back course, 4 miles for the ladies and 5 for the men. The fun bit about it is every single runner counts towards the winning team and not just the winners! Last year we won both male and female team prizes as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category! So come on, let’s get entered into this exciting event and remind the other clubs how super we are!

The club will make a block entry and issue numbers ourselves so if you are planning to take part please send you name to club email ballymenarunners@hotmail.com or text either Robin  or Alastair (Their phone numbers are being sent to members via email.). NOTE – this is the only way to enter!! Please also indicate if you wish to travel on the bus or not. (It would also be very helpful for those organising if you could let them know your intentions sooner rather than later!)
