The Fairhill 5 returns for another year on Wednesday June 7th. Online entries are now CLOSED but it is still possible to enter on the evening from 5-6:30pm at 1st Ballymena Presbyterian Church Hall, Meetinghouse Lane.
Ballymena Runners are delighted to announce the Link the Town free community event on Saturday 13 September 2025 at Ballymena Showgrounds. The event features family fun games and bouncy castles, a walk and fun run and the Ballymena Runners Golden Mile.

An absolutely fantastic turnout for our club target race at GRC5k on Friday evening in Glenarm!
Brilliant to see so many Ballymena Runners taking on the scenic route from Carnlough to Glenarm.
It’s known for being one of the fastest 5k races and a lot of great times were recorded by our runners including a number of PBs. Congratulations to all .
Its been a great week of racing with our Ladies claiming a 1,2,3 at Rathlin 5K and Joshua Blair winning the Mens. We also secured podium polaces at the Broughshane 5 Mile race and at Armoy XC and there were strong performances at Scrabo and in Portrush. Well done everyone taking part.

The race was won by Neil Sillance with Chris Hopkins taking second. Ballymena Runners James Hamilton, Jason Wilson and Sean Hasson took 3rd, 4th and 5th with excellent performances.
First lady home was Kerry Bamber followed by Karen Wilton and Laura Wylie. Cherith Wright and Judith Worthington were the first and second Ballymena runners ladies home.

James Hamilton and Jack McKenna secured 2nd and 3rd in the Mens race while Kerry Bamber, Brigid Quinn and Stephen Gage had age category wins. Well done and congratulations to everyone.
