Ballymena Runners have 8 runners called up for international meet at the North South International Challenge. While seasoned internationals Paula Worthington, Geraldine Quigley, Brigid Quinn , Ben Morrow, Noel Connor and Ray Curran added to their impressive number of international selections, Sinead Scullion and Naomi Hutchinson competed for the first time in an international vest.

Ballymena Runners iconic Race Over the Glens returns to the traditional date of New Year’s Day at Glenariff Forest Park, on Saturday January 1st 2022 (noon start). Entries are now open for the race so book your place now as there will be no entry on the day. Mat Allen ROTG Race Director has presented Trauma & Orthopaedics Research Charity with a donation from the summer 2021 ROTG.

Ballymena Runners receive international Selections!
Ballymena Runners are delighted to announce that 8 of our runners have been selected to represent Northern Ireland Masters at the upcoming North South Challenge International. The selections come after a tough Cross Country race at the NI Masters Trials & Championship which saw members pick up silver and gold medals. Meanwhile Saturday saw the Ballymena Runners Return to Running group complete their first Parkrun at Ecos and John Nicholson completed Manchester Marathon in under 3 hours.
