James Hamilton and Jack McKenna secured 2nd and 3rd in the Mens race while Kerry Bamber, Brigid Quinn and Stephen Gage had age category wins. Well done and congratulations to everyone.

The Fairhill 5 has sold out. We have over 530 entries so it promises to be a great atmosphere at a great race. Entries are now closed and just a reminder that there is no entry on the night.

It was standing room only on Tuesday night as around 70 Cosy Sofa Graduates and the brilliant Ballymena Runners Cosy Sofa Team met to celebrate the group completing their first 5k run on Saturday morning.

What a week that was! Hitting the trails with East Antrim Harriers, mountain running in the Mournes, Mayfair 10K with County Antrim Harriers and going the distance in Newry's marathon & half marathon. Has anyone any energy left for the Fairhill 5? Silly question, you're all just nicely warmed up. Registration opens from 5pm. Event information is here. It looks as if we'll be having a warm spell so make sure your coolest kit is ready to go.
