Monday night saw a brilliant turn out by Ballymena Runners for the Broughshane 5k and 10k races. Full results are now available on the athletics NI website.
Ballymena Runners in Triathalon and mountain running action
Club members took on Tri Tyrone, middle distance championships, hosted by Tri Limits Triathlon Club.This triathlon covered a half ironman distance including a half marathon. Elsewhere our runners were again in action in the NI Mountain Running Association Championship held in Kilbroney Forest Park, Rostrevor.

Ballymena Runners in action at NI Masters and Parkrun returns
Ballymena Runners took part the NI Masters Championship with Silver for both Ben Morrow and Noel Connor while Kieran Scullion got a new Personal Best.
Meanwhile Parkrun returned to Ecos on Saturday morning albeit with some new measures to be Covid compliant. Almost 140 runners took part with over 20 getting new PBs. Many thanks to the volunteers and those worked behind the scenes to get everything running smoothly.
