Train with Us

Coach-led training is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays. Everyone is welcome. When we are on the roads (every Monday) please wear bright clothing suitable for season and weather. Reflective bibs etc are essential in winter months.


Our main club training night. Steady and tempo runs at the speed that suits you. 6:30pm from Seven Towers Leisure Centre, Ballymena.


Interval and speed work for the endurance runner. Most of the year we're at Ecos Park Ballymena, beginning our warm-up at 6:30pm. We periodically offer track training at Antrim Forum.
