In this section we cater for three groups, namely those who wish to run for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Each group runs together at a pace which is comfortable for everyone. You will find running in a group is much more pleasant than running on your own.

We would encourage you all to progress through the groups if that's what you want to do. If you are really enjoying your running you will want to run more often.

You may find that you will want to run longer and maybe faster or you may decide you are happy to stay where you are. Either choice is fine! The only thing we ask of you is that you can keep running for 30 minutes.
